Shipping & Returns


Today we only ship within the 50 United States and Canada.  Our goal is to expand to other countries so if you are interested in purchasing from and do not live in the United States, please email us your interest at

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Depending on the shipping provider you choose, United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS), shipping date estimates may appear on the order confirmation and receipt pages.  We will usually ship within one (1) business day of your order.

Please note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are both size and weight based.  The size and weight of any such item can be found on its product detail page under the Information tab.


Returns Policy

You can return any new, unopened item(s) within forty five (45) days from the day it was ordered, that counts as day one (1) and you have until day forty five (45) to postmark your return, for a full refund without question.  For items that have been opened, tested, tried on, etc., we will honor the forty five (45) return day period as long as there is no noticeable wear and tear on the item(s) returned.  While the outbound shipping costs are not refundable, we will pay the return shipping costs on most items as determined by, minus a $4.95 handling fee (excludes oversize items which will have a custom handling fee).  Stickers and other small items where the entire return weighs less than eight (8) oz. will not have a handling fee.

If an item(s) returned within the forty five (45) day period shows meaningful wear and tear, we will contact you to come up with an equitable solution.

If you need to return an item, below is the process for managing this:

  1. Please login to your account and follow the steps for the Customer Return Process.
  2. Also, please forward your order confirmation email with your request to .  We will respond within two (2) business days with instructions for how best to return an item(s) from your order.  All returns should include the original invoice or order confirmation email in the packaging and for ones that don't their processing will be slower.

You should expect to receive your refund within two (2) to three (3) business weeks, and no later than four (4) business weeks, from the day your return ships back to  The time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, usually four (4) to seven (7) business days, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, no longer than three (3) business days and usually quicker, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request, four (4) to seven (7) business days
