Just a quick note to remind everyone this Sunday, 4/22, is Earth Day.  Please take a moment out of your day to reflect on the importance of the ocean to Earth Day.  As Arthur C. Clarke famously quipped, "How inappropriate to call this planet Earth when it is quite clearly Ocean".  

Furthermore, Sylvia Earle remarked, "No water, no life.  No blue, no green." which further emphasizes the importance of the ocean.  And if that isn't enough, here's an article detailing how our blood plasma and the ocean are almost identical which further binds humankind to the ocean.  Just suggesting people noodle on this for a minute or two this Sunday.
