The Perfect Cooling Towel is 11" H x 29" L, can be hand washed in warm water with mild detergent or in cold water in your washing machine, but should drip dry as putting in a dryer will damage the towel.  If your cooling towel becomes hard to the touch, soak in warm water first and then cold water before use.  Color is blue.
